A bad day
why was yesterday a bad day for me?
1) 10am – was about to go to work when my fellow office mate told me that the traffic was massive
-so i took another route to work, 2times the journey + 3tolls…..
-arrived at 1140am…….normally i arrive at 1030-11am…yeah, that’s the power of flexi hours T_T
2) my house broker called me to inform me that the house that i am eying bank value can only go
up to 220k…which i was shocked…owner(or should i say home agent) was asking for 350k…imagine bank loan 90% then i need to come out with 150K + expenses for renovation..
I rather buy my current house that im renting for CASH if that’s the case and if I have a sweetie working with LHDN ^_^ (wont even disclose if i ever do …haha)
3) my banker also informed me the interest rates are going up by end of the month…there goes my fix rate 4.99% byebye…..
4) initially the house agent was asking 330k..he said the 330k already sold old..now he’s saying only 350k unit is available…….ive tried to arrange to view the house several time but when I called the agent to my surprise he didn’t show up and dare to say that he wouldn’t get the key…macam xnak jual rumah jer…so lansi agent!
5) 5.20pm went back home…massive traffic as it was raining…arrived home at 6.45pm
6) on my way home i went to the housing area where i was interested in..saw a new advert and straight away I call the number..but no answer….agents nowdays are so lansi..haih….
7) at home I after my shower and a bit TV, i packed my PC and my sis’s laptop to that I planned to send for repairs to a close friend of mine…yeah I’m a computer guy and I don’t repair my own, i guess time is my current constrain..yeah having 2broken pc’s just says my frustration…to add the problem i just noticed my sister’s laptop charger is missing! yeah missing and i know i wont retrieve it back(dont wanna mention details here)
have i mentioned i also notice that my ADSL wireless router/modem is not functioning at all? it started like early this week when it didn’t blink. After 3 days i called TM and raised a ticket…the said they will send someone…that someone did call me and try to do something yesterday remotely, but early morning i did check and the dsl light was out…however now(after i came back from home) even worst…no power at all! )($#)($#)(** there goes my money+ time +energy to send it to Digitall Mall for repairs/warranty…lucky still under warranty since i just bought it 2months ago!
9) 8PM – i went to swimming, with my boot full of my pc + lappy…on the way i notice that i forgot to bring my swimmimg gear! dem…they goes my swimming session for this week!
10) since i was suppose to meet my friend at 10pm(my pc repairman), i just made an early call since i couldn’t go swimming…..so i parked my car besides the road somewhere on the way to ptjaya……when i called him, i was once more shocked to know that he had an emergency and should go back to his hometown in negeri sembilan..so i just headed back home and wrote this stupid story of my stupid and WORST DAY of 2010..so far…haih
+ve side – with no internet i could spend more time on my Astro..
+ve side – did i mention after i arrive at my office there was a team lunch at Seoul Garden Korean BBQ, all expenses sponsored by the company, since my big boss from US came down..hehe
+did i mention it was payday ^_^
