Poem – Family is the treasure of life
in this beautiful life
i was brought up
im a better man
from whom other than
family from the gods
shall i say or not
thank them for what
as least for bringing me in
so who shall i kiss
cherish them till forever
and where we shall bring
the torch of light upon the shelves
that heat those in the midnite winter
cover sparks of trail
that we might want to seal
as moments come and go
we never can forget
and never shall we waste time
as for time has past
and moments spend
shall we cherish every minute
no matter how little we might think
but at least we luv them
and keep on saying
cause words do count
till the gods share heaven on our turf
if today be the end
let it be a great one
of a beautiful memory
that constantly lingers in
a beautiful mind of ours
shall we treat those that we luv
as if today was the last
as chances come and go
but never can we see
what lays beyond tomorrow
as for today
im a loyal brother
im a loyal son
to my future other half
i shall bring
and shall i hold
the lantern and spear
to take this road
that has never been nice
to those who think
the world is always cruel
to those who fail
to know to plan
to view and to kill
shall i be next
nor forever
shall i be
the One
as for tomorrow
i’ll believe
in Family till eternity…..
