Property Hunting
Some of you guys must be wondering what have i been doing for the past few days? Yup, I was house hunting…..I narrowed my prospect to a few possible choices…..one is a bungalow in bandar putra permai, seri kembangan…you can go to wikimapia and search fro that place..but still i find it too cheap to be true…but once i buy this house in a few month, I’ll surely throw a “Wild Party” and invite you guys to come! ( I must be too influenced to the invitation to the VIP :p

My Idea on How to choose a house/property?
1) Location - people are so obsessed to Mont Kiara, TDDI, mutiara damansara and so on….It’s really annoying once you meet these snobbish people…..I think location is subjective to individuals……Bandar Putra Permai, is just next to Equine Park…..It’s like 15mins to putrajaya/cyberjaya…30mins to KLIA….30mis to sg besi…….10mins to puchong……I like this place…..for me its strategic…Every year I go to Sepang….and in 1year i lost count on how many times ive to go to LCCT or even KLIA…….being just a few mile from the Kayu Hitam Forest Reserve gives me cool place(not too hot like USJ or sunway)……exact location? I’ll just reveal once I get the unit….
2) Budget - Tell me where in KL can I get a cheap bungalow below 1million mark?
3) Futrure Prospect - With tesco and giant being build..not to mention that MK land bought nearly all the land near to cyberjaya and they are planning to make this place the next Mutiara damansara in a few years time, the future is Bright enough…..Did I mention we already have a Jusco Equine Park here + the traffic is just nice except 7-815 on working days(for just a 15mins strech) ……..The likes of Alice Smith International School(an OZ school) in the town also add that exclusive touch..
4) Enviroment - Kayu Hitam Forest Reserve is just next door…
5) Neighbours – Most retired and settled people in the housing area give you a sense of belonging in a long term….
6) Love at 1st sight – just liked the garden and space…..future golf turf /grass already in my mind :p + BBQ pits and family gath in the future…haha
7) ROI - in 10years bit I bet I’ll be getting nearlly 100% appriciation….Altough the montly rental would not be as high as an condo but in a long term the value would be higher and the margin would be greater….
Would you stay at that house if you initially intended to just do investment? -If the answer is YES, that would be a good investment……my iniatial plan was to invess, but kindda like the place more to stay..but we’ll see….
